How to Move (Rejected) Claim to Ready State Transaction?

Healthcare provider can move any Rejected by Payer or Invalid Claim request to ready state by clicking upon “Move Selected to Ready State”.  

By using this functionality, provider can directly resubmit the rejected or invalid claim request to payer for a repeat consideration. 

Note: Healthcare provider can move all claim requests to ready state by clicking upon “Move All to Ready State”. System will show message to the provider for successfull movement of Rejected Claim Request to Ready State.

Note: All such successfully converted claim request gets removed from the “Rejected By Payer” or “Invalid Claims” card and starts reflecting under “Ready for Submission Card”.
