These changes cover two major implementations:
- Change in Claims: If a provider is a group hospital, then master user with “Head Office Privileges” can see claim uploads of other branches with his login only. Master user can perform all claim transactions like edit, cancel, submit, delete, move claim to ready status etc. There would be no need of using Switch Group Provider to see and perform transactions against uploaded claims of another branch. To use this function, navigate to NPHIES->Claims->Uploads.
- Change in Pricelist: In case of group healthcare provider, user with “Head Office Privileges” can only perform edit, delete, upload pricelist function. In such case, provider from sub-branches of the same hospital will get price list in read only mode, they will not be allowed to perform transactions like edit, delete, upload pricelist. To use this function, navigate to NPHIES -> Configuration -> Price List
