To delete any claim request, select all those requests and then click on “Delete Selection”.
Note: Provider can also delete all claim request at once by selecting “Delete All” option at the right bottom of the screen. System will give message to the Healthcare Provider for the confirmation of delete action. For confirmation, user need to click “Confirm” else “Cancel” to avoid delete action.
Provider can delete claims if they are in following status only.
- Ready for submission
- Validation error
- Cancelled claims
- Rejected by NPHIES
- Invalid claims
