Related claim function enables healthcare provider to quickly generate a related claim only for partially approved claims containing services. For example, initially provider raised a claim request for a patient with five services out of which insurance company approved only two, in such case provider can create a related claim for remaining three rejected services. Note: Related claim can only be created for Partially Approved Claims.
It can be done in following steps:-
Step 1: Navigate to NPHIES-> Claims-> Uploads-> Partially Approved Claims
Step 2: Select any partial approved claim for which you want to create related claim and click on three dots, claim transaction will open in editable mode.
Note: Instead of selecting Create Related Claim, user can also directly click upon transaction, it will also open claim request in editable mode.
Step 3: Edit the details as per the requirements or else directly click upon create related claim.
