How to upload bulk claims?

This feature helps provider to upload claims through excel to Waseel-Connect,

follow below mentioned steps:-

Step 1: Navigate to NPHIES -> Claims -> Upload Claims and download sample excel.

Step 2: Enter Claim details in the excel template which contain 12 worksheets (Claim info, Pre AuthDetails, CareTeam, Encounter Info, Diagnosis, Item, ItemDetails, ItemDiagnosis, ItemSupportingInfo, ItemCareTeam, SupportingInfo and Vision Prescription). User are expected to fill the information for uploading claims in the excel.

Step 3: Drag or Browse the filled Excel and click on the Upload button. After successful upload system will show total number of claims which were part of uploaded excel.

Note: If in case, system remained unable to read any claim detail from the uploaded excel system will show error message. In case of unsuccessful upload system will show error message for any validation error. Healthcare provider need to fix and upload again.
