The healthcare provider can cancel a specific service from an already submitted authorization request.

 Through this functionality, the authorization will be submitted again without the service that is needed to be canceled. User can delete any information including Diagnosis, Care Team, Supporting Info, Items. Following steps are taken to cancel the item.



        Step 1: : login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/

Step 2: from left side menu click on Pre Authorization -> Pre Authorization Transaction

Step 3: Click on the three dot of the transaction and Select “Add Related / Follow Up” button.

Step 4: Delete the Service Item

Step 5: Click on “Request Authorization” to submit the authorization transaction
