The healthcare provider can cancel a complete authorization request; however, user can submit cancel request for any authorization transaction . Furthermore, submitting a cancel request does not guarantee that the payer system will accept the request and cancel the transaction, for some business cases, the payer may reject the cancel request. The cancel request is submitted to payer receives response in real time.
Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/
Step 2: from left side menu click on Pre Authorization - > Pre Authorization Transaction
Step 3: Click on three dots, and choose Cancel.
Step 4: Choose the cancelation reason from the predefined and Click “Confirm”
Step 5: A success message displayed to the user.
Note: An error message displayed to the user with the message if the cancelation transaction gets failed.
