follow up for a pre-authorization transaction-اعادة ارسال طلب الموافقه

The feature enables healthcare provider to extend service to an already submitted authorization request.

Step 1: Navigate to NPHIES -> Pre-Authorization -> Pre-Authorization Transaction

Step 2: Click on the three dot and click on “Follow Up/Add Related”. User can also click upon any pre-auth transaction record. Pre-authorization response screen will appear, from here as well user can get Follow Up/Add Related button. 

Note: The selected navigate to any Section, and “Add” or “Delete” any information as explained authorization transaction, will be opened in Editable mode.

Step 3:   If required under Cancel Function, else directly click upon submit “Authorization Request” button to submit authorization. For such follow-up request from provider to payer, system generates Related Pre Authorization Request Identifier No with a suffix prior.

Note: User will not be allowed to raise follow up/add related request for any pre authorization transaction with Pended or Error status.
