To perform Request Pre-authorization Transaction with Package Item, you need to follow below mentioned steps: -
Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/
Step 2: from left side menu click on Pre Authorization -> Request Pre Authorization .
Step 3: Search for Beneficiary
Step 4: Enter “Pre Authorization Info” section (all fields with * are mandatory)
Step 5: Enter Care team.
Step 6: Enter Diagnosis Information (Field with * are mandatory)
Step 7: Enter Items Information (Field with * are mandatory). Select package and click on save button. Click on the three dots on service item and click on “Add Details”. This will open a new dialogue box, where you need to enter package detail information.
Step 8: Click on service item “+” Button to expand. All the added items in package will can be seen.
Step 9: Enter accident details. It is an optional section under which Healthcare provider need to enter details, if patient encountered any accident.
Step 10: Click on the “Request Authorization” to submit the authorization Request. After filling all the authorization request details, this is the last step to submit authorization.
Note: While submission of Pre-Authorization request, if user missed to enter any mandatory information, then system will give details of missed. If there happens any kind validation error while submitting any Pre-Authorization request, then user will get error message.
