create a beneficiary-إنشاء مستفيد

Create or register beneficiary before proceeding to any request to NPHIES, if the beneficiary details are already known.

Note: Fields with * are mandatory to filled by healthcare provider in order to create a beneficiary.

Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/ 

Step 2:  from left side menu click on Beneficiary -> Create Beneficiary 

Step 3: Select the ID type, the id type will be one of the below list: 

Enter the Beneficiary ID then click inquire CHI, the beneficiary details will show as registered in 

CHI website

Step 4: Enter beneficiary “Date of Birth” 

Note: For New Born registration, please choose “Medical Record Number”

Step 5: Enter Insurance Plans information, by clicking on the “+” sign.

Step 8: Click on “Add Beneficiary”, to add the beneficiary to Waseel-Connect or click on “Add &Apply eligibility” to save the beneficiary and move to eligibility page
