Use this feature to view and respond to any communication request (the message sent by Payer). Usually, payer can send communication request to ask for more information, missing information related to an authorization request.
Please follow below mentioned steps :-
Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/
Step 2: from left side menu click on Pre Authorization -> Pre Authorization Transaction
Step 3: Click on “Communication Request” Tab to view all Communication Request
Note: The page will display last 7 days communication requests.
Step 4: Click on the Communication Request to view the message details.
Step 5: Click on the “Reply” to respond to the communication request.
Note: User can add attachment, add message etc. The request id will be displayed when replying to the communication request.
Step 6: The response to communication request will be added to the authorization. If a communication remained failed to be submitted to the payer system shows error message.
