Waseel-Connect record every transaction request and response JSON, sent to and received by NPHIES. These JSON are needed if there are any technical issues happened or to investigate any other issues.
Following are the steps to view, and download JSON requests,
Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/
Step 2: from left side menu click on Eligibility - > Eligibility Transaction
Step 3: you will be navigated to Eligibility transaction page, the last eligibility transaction will show , choose the requested Eligibility Transaction , to display transaction details.
Step 3: Click on JSON Tab
Step 4: Click on "View" to display request content.
Step 5: Click on "Download" to download the request and response content.
