you can upload list of beneficiaries in bulk using excel template. Currently, there is a limit of 5000 records can be uploaded in excel at once. With this feature system will also inquire patient data from CCHI portal. In this feature very minimal data is required to be entered in excel remaining information will be automatically fetched from CCHI portal via CCHI inquiry.
Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/
Step 2: from left side menu click on Beneficiary -> Upload by Inquire CCHI page and download the sample excel template which contain sample data.
Step 3: Enter the Information in “BeneficiaryDetails” sheet
Note: Downloaded sample may contain sample data.
Step 4: Click on “Upload” and choose the file containing beneficiaries information. A confirmation message will appear for a successful upload. A summary will appear for successful or for failed upload, with error details to fix and upload
