Newborn Pre-authorization Transaction-طلب موافقه لحديثي الولادة

The healthcare provider can request an authorization for a New Born. 

Please note: before proceeding to new born authorization request, please register a new born in beneficiary list if does not exist.

To perform Newborn Pre-authorization Request Transaction with Package Item, you need to follow below mentioned steps: -

Step 1: login to https://eclaims.waseel.com/en/

Step 2: from left side menu click on Pre Authorization -> Request Pre Authorization 

Step 3: Turn on “New Born” option in “Beneficiary Info” Section.

Step 4: Search for New Born Beneficiary

Step 5: Search for Beneficiary Subscriber

Step 6: Enter “Pre Authorization Info” section (all fields with * are mandatory)

Step 7: Enter Care team.

Step 8: Enter Diagnosis Information (Field with * are mandatory) 

Step 9: Provide Supporting Info (Optional).

Step 10: Enter Items Information (Field with * are mandatory). 

Step 11: Enter accident details. It is an optional section under which Healthcare provider need to enter details, if patient encountered any accident. 

Step 12: Click on the “Request Authorization” to submit the authorization Request. After filling all the authorization request details, this is the last step to submit authorization. 

Note: While submission of Pre-Authorization request, if user missed to enter any mandatory information, then system will give details of missed. If there happens any kind validation error while submitting any Pre-Authorization request, then user will get error message.
